This recipe for pork loin is a favorite go-to for the grill all Summer long. The spice rub marinade consists of simple, flavorful ingredients most of us always have on hand. Plus pork is a nice substitute for steak if you are wanting to be a little kinder to your pocket book.
I often pair this with the Summer Vegetable Pasta.
1 pork loin
1 TBS Herbs de Provence
1 TBS Lemon Pepper
1 tsp Garlic Salt
1 tsp Ground Ginger
1/4 cup olive oil
2 TBS Soy Sauce
Pre-heat grill to 400º
1.) In a small bowl mix pepper, salt, ginger and herbs.
2.) Rinse pork and pat dry. Place on a cutting board and pour some of the spice mixture on top. Rub mixture into the pork, rotating and adding more to ensure all of meat is coated.
3.) In a gallon size ziploc bag, combine soy sauce and olive oil. Add the pork and massage to ensure meat is coated. Let sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
4.) Place pork on pre-heated grill and cook for about 15 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. Remove from grill and let sit for about 3 minutes.
Slice and serve immediately.
