While trolling through Pinterest the other night, I came across a picture of fruit salad served in waffle cones to look like cornucopias. What a neat idea for Thanksgiving Brunch! And then pairing it with a fantastic Fall-flavored yogurt dressing from kitchentreaty.com…mind blown. Enjoy this light addition to your meal, and include any fruits your crew prefers. Recipe serves 6 adults.

After tossing fruit with dressing, scoop spoonfuls of salad into waffle cones to make mini fruit cornucopias. You can even check out my Thanksgiving Brunch Pin Board to learn how to curl the ends of the waffle cones to look like real cornucopias. 🙂 Garnish with Bay leaves. This makes a beautiful and colorful addition to your Thanksgiving table.

Enjoy!
