Ingredients:
1 cup shredded Parmesan
2 TBSP shredded Basil leaves
1/2 TBSP grated Lemon zest
Directions:
1.) Pre Heat oven to 400º
2.) Combine all ingredients together in a small bowl and mix well.
3.) Transfer a heaping tablespoon full of the Parmesan mixture to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Lightly pat down with the bowl of the spoon. Repeat with remaining mixture.
4.) Bake until golden brown and crisp, approximately 5 minutes.
5.) Use a spatula to transfer to a wire cooling rack. Serve at room temperature.
*Makes about 12 wafers
