Good morning McKinney. Did you see the three simple recipes I contributed to The Art of Living Beautifully September magazine? Healthy snacking is all about using unprocessed foods, and each of these recipes boasts flavorful, whole foods that leave our bodies and minds feeling healthy and refreshed.

First, my Cucumber Sushi Rolls are packed with fresh vegetables and spicy siracha.

Herbs de Provence Popped Corn is made on the stove with heart healthy avocado oil.

And our Publisher, Lauren Palmer’s favorite recipe of mine to date is the Chocolate Almond Butter served with fruit…or have it like she does and eat it right off the spoon.
