Good morning and happiest of Fridays to you!
Today I bring you a couple of Our Favorite Favorites (fall favorites from Pier 1 to be exact!) in hopes that these will encourage you to embrace the season regardless of the summer climate November has brought…a record breaking 90+ degrees in North Texas!
Enjoy today’s favorites and get especially excited that almost everything is on clearance!!
Our Home Editor, Misti Reed, has really taught me to embrace neutrals, but when I saw this wreath, I fell in love with the pop of color. Colorful wreaths are eye-catching from the street and set the tone when one enters your home.
A set of these will brighten up the front door, hearth or even as a centerpiece. Pier 1 has a large selection of pillar candles, but I am finding myself partial to the flameless LED candles that have become so popular these days.
I am a huge fan of seasonal plates. Not only do I use them in table settings, but I also change them out on the plate rack that hangs in my kitchen. Decorating with plates is a simple, non-invasive way to celebrate the season.
How neat is this lamp? The clear base is empty and can be filled with whatever “filler” you choose. Branches, faux fruit, shells, corks, matchbook collections…etc. I actually love the empty base, but imagine filling it with seasonal decor is especially fun!
I love that these napkins boast muted fall colors. They will pop when set on the natural wood grain of your table or on a burlap tablecloth. Typically I am a fan of a little napkin ring bling, but these are lovely simply folded.
If you love to decorate for fall, but aren’t a huge fan of the color orange, this gray and white pumpkin throw pillow is perfect to add to your home. The neutral tones will incorporate easily into all color palettes and the pumpkin vine brings in a bit of fall whimsy.
How beautiful is this faux fawn throw blanket? These are crazy-soft and will not only be beautiful in your living room, but thown over a couch our chair in any outdoor living space.
You know every single year I talk about these darling soup bowls. I serve pumpkin soup in them during my annual Witch’s Brunch and use them on my plate rack for decor, as a candy dish on side tables, even for the boys’ cereal each morning. I have orange ones and white ones and love using them every fall!
I know it is so simple to order online, but if you have a second, run over to the Pier 1 at Eldorado and 75 in McKinney and check out their beautiful selection.
