Faux Fur at Restoration Hardware

Good morning everybody and Happy Wednesday!

I want to share with you a few gift ideas for the upcoming season, but first I hope you will check out my friend, Lorie Fangio’s blog. Yesterday I was a guest blogger for Around the Table where I highlighted this year’s Thanksgiving Tablescape. Here is a sneak peak…more to come right here next Monday!

Lorie is an incredibly talented chef. She works as one of the national chefs for Zoe’s Kitchen, you’ll find her making crepes or any other of her delicious dishes on Good Morning Texas, but the neatest thing she does is take a group to Paris every year for cooking school. I mean really, cooking school in Paris?…

…sorry, I just fainted for a minute. The excitement got to me. (Next on the to-do list: persuade Brian to let me go to Paris with Lorie for cooking school.) Anybody else ready to sign up?

Please head over to Around the Table right now and subscribe. Lorie posts elegant, people-friendly recipes and also teaches cooking classes. I’m signed up for one next month that of course I’ll be blogging about so please stay tuned. Also, Lorie agreed to share one of her delicious Christmas recipes with us in December…she told me which one yesterday, and guys, it sounds trés incroyable.

Now. On to gifts.

Next week I’m actually publishing my big Christmas gift guide, but I wanted to share this idea with you early because I’m so excited about it. Honestly, a giant box just arrived from Restoration Hardware full of all this stuff: faux fur everything!

faux fur graphicWhen picking up James from school last week my friend, Holly, had the new Restoration Hardware Christmas catalog and I saw all these darling faux fur items at incredible prices. Is anyone else over redundant gifts? If I get one more package of “funny” cocktail napkins, I may have to open bar.

There are lots more when you look on their site, but here were a few of my favorites.

1.) Faux fur earmuffs $24 $19

2.) Luxe Faux Fur Slippers $24 $19

3.) Ultra Faux Fur Handwarmer $39 $29

4.) Ultra Faux Fur Wrap $89 $69

5.) Ultra Faux Fur Earmuff with Bluetooth $59

6.) Luxe Faux Fur Wine Bag $15 $12

7.)  Faux Fur dog vest $79 $59

8.) Luxe Faux Fur Scarf $39 $29

FYI Most items come in 2 versions, Luxe and Ultra. The Luxe is a little bit softer fur.

Get excited because Restoration Hardware has extended its Friends and Family event through today! Enter the promo code FRIENDS at checkout to receive an additional 20% off!
