Last spring you will remember I hosted an event called Garden Party with the ladies of Unique Unique Design–you can read all about our fun in the May Issue of The Art of Living Beautifully Magazine. Well, after a lovely reader sent me an email back in the summer requesting some content about entertaining and dinner parties, I decided it was time for our next event pertaining to just that! Today I am thrilled to announce Unique Unique Design, A Taste of Paris and The Art of Living Beautifully will be hosting…
Join us for an evening of French flavors, curated tablescapes and entertaining essentials at Dinner Party 2018~Flavors from a Provençal Market. Cocktails and appetizers begin at 6:15 at the home of TAOLB publisher, Lauren Palmer. Chilled Autumn Peartinis, Gruyere and Mushroom Tartlets and Apple Crostini with Goat Cheese will greet guests as they enter our own Provençal market. Prior to a seated dinner prepared by Chef Lorie Fangio, a short presentation outlining the fundamentals of entertaining and tablescapes will be led by Lorie and the Unique Unique Design Team, Marcie Henehan and Tracie Miller. Roasted Red Pepper Soup with Shrimp, Stuffed Pork Loin with Vermouth Espagnol Sauce, Maple Sweet Potatoes and Hericot Vert are just a few of the Provençal flavors to be enjoyed, plus a masterpiece of a desert that will take your breath away! Wine pairings have been graciously donated by Andy Doyle of McKinney Wine Merchant, who will also be in attendance to share his in-depth knowledge of the wine selections. Each guest will receive a raffle ticket to win not one but two exquisite, Provençal Market-esque door prizes each valued at over $100, as well as special thank you gift from the hosts for attending our soirée.
