Today I have a few final tips about The Cocktail Creamery that I am excited to share with you. Let’s talk about the ways you can enjoy more of Ted’s boozy frozen treats around town, in your home, and at special events.

Head over to E.J. Wills Gastropub for a boozy ice cream cocktail. Change up your happy hour order and taste Orange Blossom Special or Double Dark Goodnight Chocolate with a spoon instead. Or finish off date night with a boozy dessert on their brand-new patio.

The new Guava Tree Cuban restaurant in downtown McKinney makes their signature guava paste in-house. Ted was more than happy to put his skills to use turning their guava paste into a custom flavor just for them. A little bit tart, a little bit sweet, and a little bit boozy sounds like the perfect flavor combo to me.

The Celt Irish Pub has asked Ted to make a custom flavor ice cream that resembles an Irish Cranachan using The Celt’s proprietary Scotch Whiskey. Stay tuned for more information of when this worldly dessert is ready to launch!

The Pantry serves a custom “Pantry Killer Vaniller” ice cream with graham cracker crumbles and a touch of bourbon. Can you think of anything better to serve with a slice of their famous pies?

Lone Star Wine Cellars makes fabulous Sangria with which Ted creates a very refreshing boozy sorbet! Wishing to serve a delectable boozy dessert from the comfort of your home? You can always stop in the ice cream barlor to purchase a pint or quart to take and serve at home.

Do you have a special event coming up? Visit with Ted about creating a custom flavor for your event. Here are a few delicious ice cream/alcohol combinations the Lindblads suggest:

  1. Salted Butter Caramel Crazy and Bailey’s Salted Caramel
  2. Particularly Pistachio and Amaretto
  3. Strawberry Dreams Forever and Tequila Rose
  4. Bullfrog Sorbet and Dos Equis to make a “beerita”
  5. Truly Lemonade pairs beautifully with a variety of sorbets

And always feel free to visit with Ted and Sharyn for fun suggestions as having fun is the Lindblads’ top priority. “No one is ever frowning when they are eating ice cream, especially ice cream infused with booze!”
