One of my favorite delicious Fall drinks of the virgin variety is Neiman Marcus Spice Tea. I served it at my Witch’s Brunch and usually keep a pitcher in the fridge during the season. It’s that good! This drink is full of Fall flavors and wonderful served with breakfast, brunch or dinner.

ingredients for a 48 oz pitcher:

3 cinnamon sticks, plus more for garnish

3 whole cloves

1/4 tsp grated nutmeg

4 bags English Breakfast Tea

1/4 cup powdered Tang

1/4 tsp Almond Extract

6 cups water

5 packets of Splenda

lemon wedge(s) for garnish

directions:

1.) Boil 6 cups of water with cinnamon sticks, cloves and nutmeg. Turn down heat, cover and let simmer for 5 minutes.

2.) Remove from heat, add tea bags and let steep for 5 minutes. Remove bags.

3.) Add Tang and almond extract and stir to combine. Let cool to room temperature.

4.) Strain into pitcher, add Splenda and refrigerate.

*serve in a clear glass with lots of ice and chosen garnish.
