The Art of Living Beautifully Bellini

this recipe was originally published in The Art of Living Beautifully magazine, Italian Edition

My loves, when summer is hot but glam still is a necessity, a bellini is the only drink that can take you abroad. Made with simple ingredients, prosecco and peach puree, Bellini takes its name from the Italian painter Giovanni Bellini, to whom the cocktail was dedicated to Venice in 1948 by Giuseppe Cipriani. What other aperatif looks like a Venetian sunset, and tastes like a Tuscan kiss?

To make a TAOLB Bellini, add ¼ cup of peach puré to a champagne glass and float with Charles Sparr Brut Rosé.
